If you wish to cancel or alter your reservation, we ask that 48 hours notice is given via your ResDiary booking, or telephone.
When accepting bookings online, via email or over the telephone, we will ask for your credit or debit card details to secure the reservation. No charges are made to your card to secure the booking, and your details are encrypted and stored securely in our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway.
Once we have verified your credit or debit card details we will send you a confirmation, which also outlines our cancellation policy.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE OF YOUR BOOKING CANCELLATION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A FEE OF £15 PER PERSON TO YOUR CARD.
